Zaneb Mansha, RCSWI

Therapist (All Ages)
Coral Springs Office

Zaneb Mansha is a dedicated and compassionate therapist at Genesis Counseling, providing therapy in our Coral Springs office and virtually throughout Florida. She holds a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling from Ohio State University and is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern in the state of Florida, actively completing her licensure hours.

Zaneb specializes in working with high-achieving and motivated clients, particularly those with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She has extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including children, adolescents, and young adults, helping them navigate stress, life transitions, communication difficulties, and social challenges.

She believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can freely express their thoughts and emotions. Her therapy process often includes family sessions to foster stronger relationships and provide holistic support tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Zaneb’s holistic and integrative approach incorporates multiple evidence-based techniques to meet clients where they are while offering structured guidance, often with therapeutic assignments to reinforce growth outside of sessions. Her primary modalities include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Utilizing the thought record technique to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors.
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Helping clients develop skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Mindfulness Techniques – Promoting self-awareness, presence, and emotional regulation to reduce stress.
  • Art Therapy Techniques – Facilitating self-expression and emotional exploration, especially for clients who struggle to verbalize their emotions.
  • Play Therapy Techniques – Using developmentally appropriate strategies to support younger clients’ emotional and psychological growth.

Zaneb works with children, teens and adults to address concerns such as ADHD, anxiety disorders, stress, trauma, disordered eating, self-esteem, life transitions, peer relationships, school challenges, and family conflict. She collaborates closely with schools and medical professionals to provide comprehensive support both in-person and via telehealth.

Outside of her work as a therapist, Zaneb serves as a recreation specialist, managing therapeutic activities for children with ADHD. Her previous experience as a Pre-K teacher further enriches her understanding of child development and behavior management, allowing her to provide well-rounded therapeutic care. Coming from a diverse background, she brings a deep level of empathy and cultural understanding to her work with clients.

As an Independent Contractor with Genesis Counseling, Zaneb is in-network with United Healthcare, Optum, Cigna, Aetna, Florida Blue / BCBS, Humana, and Tricare. She also offers private pay sessions, with fees ranging from $125–$175.
