Arielle Hotz, RMFTI, is a dedicated Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in Florida, providing compassionate and effective therapy for children, teens, adolescents, adults, and couples. Based in Boca Raton, Arielle also offers virtual therapy services throughout Florida, ensuring accessible and convenient mental health care. She earned her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and completed her practicum with Genesis Counseling in 2023. Recognizing her dedication and skill, she officially joined the practice as a clinician in 2024. Arielle has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families, valuing the trust and connection within the therapeutic relationship.

Arielle is also Gottman Level 1 Trained, allowing her to incorporate research-based strategies to help couples improve communication, strengthen emotional bonds, and navigate relational challenges. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients—both individuals and couples—can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life challenges.

Arielle integrates solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to tailor her approach to each client’s unique needs. With an empathetic and collaborative style, she helps clients process trauma and navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, depression, and emotional distress, develop healthier coping strategies and communication skills, and build resilience for long-term well-being. In her work with couples, she draws from the Gottman Method and her training in family systems to help partners reconnect, foster trust, and create more fulfilling relationships.

Arielle works flexibly, adjusting her techniques and questions to align with what clients bring to each session. She encourages clients to set achievable, meaningful goals, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health and personal development.
