Caroline Vollaro, RMHCI

Caroline Vollaro, RMHCI, is a compassionate clinician at Genesis Counseling’s Coral Springs office, also offering virtual therapy throughout Florida. She earned her Master’s in Counselor Education, Clinical Mental Health Track, from Florida International University in 2024 and is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern.

Caroline works primarily with children and teens, creating safe, supportive spaces where they can learn to understand and express their emotions through play, creativity, and connection. She is passionate about helping young clients build confidence and emotional awareness as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, grief, trauma, and identity development.

Caroline takes a creative, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and strengths of her clients. She emphasizes skill-building, emotional regulation, and self-understanding to help children and adolescents feel empowered and understood.

Her clinical experience includes working with children in foster care and adoption, as well as youth navigating social anxiety, selective mutism, and life transitions. Caroline has specialized training in Infant Mental Health and Selective Mutism and is deeply committed to providing affirming, inclusive spaces for LGBTQIA+ youth.

Caroline views therapy as a collaborative and creative process grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and genuine connection. She offers both in-person sessions at Genesis Counseling’s Coral Springs office and virtual therapy for clients throughout Florida.

Caroline is a clinician with Genesis Counseling and is in-network with United Healthcare, Optum, Oscar, Cigna, Aetna, Florida Blue (BCBS), Curative, and Tricare East. She also accepts private pay clients, with session rates ranging from $125 to $175.
