Jasmine Hall, Intake Specialist

Jasmine Hall is a solicitous and conscientious Intake Specialist who helps clients navigate their mental health experience from their very first interaction. Jasmine serves various Genesis Counseling centers located in Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Delray Beach, Pompano Beach, and Wellington, as well as virtual therapy services throughout Florida. Jasmine ensures an amiable and empathetic greeting when assisting clients with their initial portion of the process. With years of experience working in the mental health/social welfare field, Jasmine contributes her empathetic skills pertaining to client intake, appointment coordination, and essential documentation to warrant a successful, and warm-felt, process for her clients.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Jasmine loves the warm weather and diverse culture which has aided her throughout her career with comprehending the moral, needs, and values of her clients from every race and ethnic group. In her free time, Jasmine loves to play make-believe with her daughter, travel, make arts and crafts, and try various cultural restaurants. Jasmine is a mother to a 4-year old toddler girl who is very energetic, loving, and full of personality! Therefore, offering compassion, patience, and empathy to not only her clients, but family members as well, is imperative for Jasmine to implement in her intake approach.

Jasmine has earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bethune-Cookman University and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling- Marriage and Family Therapy from Walden University. Jasmine plans to become a registered intern where she can integrate her personal life skills, and professional skills, into her therapeutic approach within the field. As Jasmine navigates this astonishing segment of her career she is dedicated to ensuring empathy, success, and overall satisfaction as each and every client navigates this delicate portion of their therapeutic journey.
