She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California in 2025 and provides supportive, client-centered care to adults navigating life’s transitions.

Catherine works primarily with college students, women experiencing postpartum depression, and individuals or couples seeking to strengthen their relationships. She is passionate about helping clients gain insight, set meaningful goals, and build coping skills that foster personal growth and improved communication.

Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Catherine emphasizes collaboration and safety within the therapeutic relationship—creating a space where clients feel comfortable opening up and exploring their challenges without judgment.

Catherine’s experience includes working with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, and mental health concerns related to medical conditions. She also provides affirming support for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Outside of her work with clients, Catherine is passionate about the healing connection between humans and animals and hopes to integrate animal-assisted therapy into her practice in the future. She shares her home with two beloved cats, Juliette and Bart.
