Dagmara (Mara) Pupkowski is a dedicated and compassionate therapist at Genesis Counseling’s Wellington office, providing high-quality mental health care for children, adolescents, young adults, couples, and families. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Walden University and is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can feel truly seen and understood.
Mara’s therapeutic approach is built on three guiding principles: collaboration, consistency, and connection. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship fosters healing and personal growth, and she tailors her sessions to meet each client’s unique developmental stage and emotional needs.

At Genesis Counseling in Wellington, Mara offers both in-person therapy sessions and virtual counseling across Florida, making mental health support accessible and tailored to each individual or family’s needs.
Mara is a Clinical Staff Therapist with Genesis Counseling and is in-network with major insurance providers, including United Healthcare, Optum, Cigna, Aetna, Florida Blue (BCBS), and TriCare. She also accepts private pay clients with a session fee range of $125 to $175.
