EMDR Trained

Shaya Schtroks (Shy-ah) is passionate about helping clients navigate challenges such as internet addictions, eating disorders, substance use, anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship issues. With a particular focus on working with highly motivated clients and the families of individuals struggling with mental health and addiction issues, Shaya provides compassionate and transformative support.

Incorporating EMDR, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches into her practice, Shaya takes a humanistic and client-centered approach to therapy. Her work is grounded in the belief that true change begins when we decide that enough is enough—there is no “perfect” time, only the right time to take that first step.

Shaya finds fulfillment in watching her clients transform, helping families foster stronger connections, and engaging in meaningful, vulnerable conversations. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process and sees herself as a co-navigator alongside her clients, providing expert guidance while respecting the unique experiences they bring. Whether you’re looking to break a harmful habit, regain balance, or cope with a significant life change, Shaya works with you to develop practical strategies that are tailored to your real-life needs.

If you’re ready for a change, reach out to start a genuine conversation about your journey. Together, we can tackle what’s going on and build a path toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
