Arielle Hotz graduated from Nova Southeastern University completing her Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. Arielle has experience working with kids, teens, couples and adults.
Arielle values the trust and connection within the therapeutic relationship, as it fosters a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can comfortably explore their thoughts, feelings and vulnerabilities. Arielle appreciates that therapy offers support, validation, and opportunities for insight and self-discovery. She recognizes that skill-building aspects, focus on long-term well-being and provision of a sage and confidential space during life transitions make therapy even more valuable.
Arielle works with a variety of treatment modalities, and customized questions based on each client’s unique needs and what they bring to the session on a given day. She maintains a curious and empathetic stance, striving to be fully present and aligned with her clients, offering consistent support throughout their therapeutic journey. Arielle’s clinical approach is collaborative and draws on elements from Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She tailors her approach to each client and their specific presenting concerns, using thoughtful questioning and flexible techniques to establish the most effective modality in therapy.
Arielle believes that in therapy, healing is a fundamental process that involves assisting clients in processing past traumas or addressing current issues, leading them toward a healthier state of well-being. Equally important is fostering growth and behavioral change, where clients develop new patterns and strategies to enhance their communication, actions, and overall approach to life. These positive changes are deeply connected to the journey of self-acceptance and being prepared for transformation. As a therapist, Arielle’s goal is to provide comprehensive support and effective techniques to help them reduce emotional pain, manage anxiety, depression, and any other emotions they may be experiencing. She aims to explore healthier coping mechanisms together with clients and encourage them to gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts and feelings. Through collaboration with clients, she set achievable and meaningful goals that align with their aspirations. Arielle’s focus is on promoting positive change and empowering clients to take an active role in their therapeutic journey. She strives to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment, being right next to the client throughout their healing process.
