Originally from the beautiful island of Jamaica, Natalia brings a rich cultural perspective and a deep appreciation for the little things in life. Her upbringing has instilled in her a strong sense of gratitude and a drive to support others in their mental health journeys. Known as the “go-to” person among her family and friends, Natalia is motivated by a desire to see others happy and fulfilled.

Outside of her professional life, Natalia is a devoted mother to her 5-year-old son, Messiah. She finds immense joy in cooking and sharing homemade meals with him, embracing his love of food and creating cherished moments together. Her experience as a mother to a child with a speech delay has deepened her patience and compassion, qualities that shine through in her work and interactions with clients.
