Morgan Brown, RMHCI

Clinical Staff Therapist (13+)
Boca Raton

Morgan Brown, RMHCI, is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who takes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy. She enjoys working with young adults as they navigate life transitions, adjust to new environments, and develop coping skills. Morgan is particularly interested in helping clients explore the impact of developmental trauma, identify underlying beliefs and patterns, and understand how past experiences may influence their present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Morgan earned her Specialist in Education (Ed.S.) and Master of Education (M.Ed.) degrees from the University of Florida in 2024. Her clinical experience includes supporting adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, eating disorders, substance use concerns, relationship and family difficulties, mood disorders, identity development, and self-esteem challenges. She also has experience working with individuals navigating adjustment difficulties, compulsive behaviors, and communication concerns.

Morgan uses an integrative approach that incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). She tailors her approach to each client’s individual needs, goals, and preferences, helping them develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and explore patterns that may be affecting their well-being.

Morgan values genuine curiosity, respect, and emotional safety in the therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted. By approaching challenges with curiosity rather than self-criticism, she helps clients build a healthier relationship with themselves, develop confidence in navigating life’s difficulties, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Morgan views therapy as a collaborative process and believes that every client brings unique strengths and insights that can support their growth.

Morgan is a clinician with Genesis Counseling and is in-network with United Healthcare, Optum, Oscar, Cigna, Aetna, Florida Blue (BCBS), Curative, and Tricare East. She also accepts private pay clients, with session rates ranging from $125 to $175.
