10 Steps to Healing through Soulful Expression

For Your Mind, Body And Spirit

The healing process can be challenging as we attempt to navigate our feelings and emotions. Our minds, bodies and spirits are tethered together and so when we heal, we heal all parts of ourselves at once.

Here are my 10 tips on how to create a strong and lasting system of healing through soulful expression.

  1. Work with a Coach or Therapist who will support you along your journey
  2. Follow a food & nutrition plan. Work with a Health Coach who can customize a nutrition plan just for you.
  3. Follow an exercise program. Get your body moving!
  4. Have a creative outlet, or many!
  5. Surround yourself with a loving, safe and supportive community of like-minded individuals
  6. Have and commit to a spiritual practice
  7. Do not be afraid to invest in yourself or to push past your limits. Remember, you are worthy and stronger than you think
  8. Avoid pendulum swings – going too far off in either direction. Find balance and moderation. Consistency is key.
  9. Do no resist feelings as they come to the surface. Allow things to flow through you, experience them and release them.
  10. Practice self-forgiveness and self-love daily.
