Alison Flynn Bobroski is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where she received her Bachelor’s in Communications. Alison completed her Master’s degree from Walden University as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida, working in Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Delray Beach and virtually throughout the state. Alison is currently working towards completing her licensure hours.
Alison has experience working in various settings, most recently in private practice, where she was able to work with clients of various ages; children, teens and adults. Alison worked with a multitude of presenting issues, such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, childhood related issues, behavioral issues, family conflict, stress and other presenting symptoms. She has previously worked in other settings that allowed her to gain experience working with clients who struggle with addiction. Alison has enjoyed working in detox settings and loves treating various addictions.
Alison has been in private practice for several years. She has identified her specialty as working with clients ages 18-25. Alison has success in working with and treating body image issues, disordered eating, trauma history, such as abuse and suicidal ideations, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and LGBTQ/Trans.
Alison is EMDR Certified and works with trauma clients. Alison uses a variety of techniques and interventions with her clients, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, DBT skills, narrative therapy, expressive therapies, such as play, art and music. She believes that it is important to meet the client where they are and to utilize an array of interventions to find what works best for each individual client or family. Alison has been singing since the age of 4 and has performed all over the world. Alison is a songwriter and has spent a lot of the time in the studio as well as performing as a duo and lead singer in various bands and projects. She has incorporated her creativity and love for music into her work as a clinician.

Alison is In-Network with the following insurance panels: United Healthcare, Optum, Oscar, Cigna, Aetna, BlueCrossBlueShield, Florida Blue, Humana and Tricare East. Alison accepts private pay clients and can offer a reduced fee for private pay clients with a range of $125-$175.
